As you understood you can connect up to 3 screens on it, with restrictions on simultaneous use of course. Each port alone can deliver 4K@60hz, while using two the refresh rate drops to 30hz for the same resolution. If you connect monitors to all 3 outputs, then the resolution drops to FHD.

Very important is the fact that you can use it for passthrough charging, since it can charge your laptop, up to 65w, if you connect it to a 100W charger, so even if your computer has a single USB-C port, you can use it and charge it at the same time.
